Private Training

In-person private training involves a one-on-one fitness coaching experience where I work with you directly on your fitness, health, and nutrition goals. We assess your fitness level, guide you to set achievable and sustainable goals, and develop a personalized exercise program tailored to your needs, preferences, and any specific health considerations you may have.

  • Access to CoachLogik training platform to track daily workouts and progress

  • Messaging on the CoachLogik app for questions and accountability throughout the week

  • Personalized nutrition coaching customized to your goals, needs, lifestyle, and perferences.

  • Location: Gratitude Strength Club (Hillsboro, OR)

  • $115/hour session, 3 Month Commitment
